Describ­ing mani­pu­la­ti­on as an actor in a sys­tem of trust

But this only cau­ses the sus­pi­ci­on of mani­pu­la­ti­on to beco­me uni­ver­sal, thus beco­ming inde­pen­dent of con­fir­ma­ti­on or refu­ta­ti­on of indi­vi­du­al cases. Trust can only be pre­ser­ved if it finds a form that can live with that sus­pi­ci­on, that is immu­ne against it.
